IMPORTANT: These terms and conditions describe the basis for the purchase by you and sale by us of the Vouchers, Products or Gift Cards described on this website (the "Website").

1. Ribbonshub

In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Giftwave Technology Company Limited, incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, (registration number RC.1666612), whose registered office is at No. 2, Abayomi Street, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria.

2. Formation of agreement

We market and sell through the Website gift experiences ("Experiences"), and Gift Cards. Your purchase of Experience Vouchers or Gift Cards and/or participation in an Experience is subject to these terms and conditions and you are acknowledges that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. An agreement for us to sell you Experience Vouchers, or Gift Cards is made on the basis of these terms and conditions when we accept your order and receive your payment through the Website. (This agreement between us is referred to in these terms and conditions as this "Agreement"). A description of your order and price, are set out in the order page.

Before purchasing the Ribbonshub Experience gift collection for the activities listed on our website www.ribbonshub.com please read these terms and conditions carefully. We intend to rely upon these terms and conditions. For your own benefit and protection you should read the terms and conditions carefully. It is important that you understand that this page, together with the documents referred to on it, as it tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply the gifts to you (the purchaser/recipient).

Before making a purchase we also ask you to become familiar with the terms and conditions of the activity supplier referred to in a particular activity description. Please note if there is a conflict or ambiguity between www.Ribbonshub’s terms and conditions and those of a supplier, the supplier's terms and conditions shall prevail.

3. Ribbonshub.com gift collections

Each gift collection entitles the recipient to the experiences provided on the www.Ribbonshub.com for up-to-date list of experiences in each collection refer to Ribbonshub.com website only. Experiences inside Ribbonshub collections can be removed or added without prior notice.

4. Validity

All Vouchers are typically valid for a period of three (3) months for perishable goods and six (6) months for travel and tourism from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product information or stated on the front of the Voucher (the "Validity Period"). Experiences must be booked following the recommended booking lead time guidance and undertaken prior to the expiry of the Validity Period. Voucher Products must be ordered prior to the expiry of the Validity Period.

5. Flexibility

The voucher holder may choose to use their voucher on another experience on Ribbonshub.com, or multiple experiences to the same value within the three months or six months expiry period as the case may be. Ribbonshub vouchers are non-refundable. Once a voucher has been redeemed and an experience booked, vouchers are no longer flexible.

6. Orders

The placing of an order constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement but do not constitute the creation of a contract between us. We reserve the right to decline to process an order for any reason whatsoever but orders are accepted if the Voucher(s) is available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a participating country and your credit, debit card or other payment mechanism is authorised for the transaction. We will confirm receipt of your order through our on-screen confirmation of your order. We will confirm acceptance of your order and receipt of your payment via email. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will promptly refund you. Duplicate orders are sometimes inadvertently placed or despatched. We ask that you return any duplicates immediately or contact us for further instructions. Should duplicate Vouchers be used, we will be entitled to claim payment for the costs incurred.

You will be bound by that Supplier and/or Experience Centre’s terms and conditions. You may access the relevant Supplier and/or and Experience Centre’s terms and conditions by viewing that Supplier and/or and Experience Centre’s website or requesting a copy of their terms and conditions to be supplied to you.

In order to enjoy your chosen activity and to arrange a convenient time for doing it, you must redeem your voucher via Ribbonhub website in advance. We recommend that bookings/redemptions are made 14 days in advance at the very least. Many dates, such as weekends and holiday periods, are very popular and may not be available unless a substantial period of notice is given to the activity supplier.

Please note that some activities only have fixed dates available to choose from and cannot be tailor-made to suit each and every clients’ preferred dates and times.

Please note that once you have a confirmed booking with an activity supplier, it may not be possible for you to change your mind and cancel or rearrange the booking. Once booked, you stick to activity supplier's terms and conditions.

Please note, some e-mail accounts may classify our e-mail as 'spam' email. We are not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an e-mail being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If a recipient does not receive an e-mail from Ribbonhub, please contact us immediately so that we can send the e-mail to an alternative e-mail address.

7. Redeeming Vouchers

All Vouchers carry a unique serial number which must be quoted when dealing with us, Experience Centre and Suppliers and must be kept safely and securely. Vouchers are activated online at https://www.ribbonshub.com/myvoucher. Experience Centre and/or Suppliers may request that Vouchers are taken on the day of the Experience and surrendered to the Experience Centre and/or Suppliers or may request that Vouchers are sent to them to secure a booking or order. We recommend sending Vouchers by email or secure mail, if requested, as they are not replaceable if lost. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud. Your Voucher will be deemed to be used at the date you place a booking with an Experience Centre or an order with a Supplier. An Experience must be undertaken before the expiry date printed on the face of the Voucher.

8. Access to the Website and content

We are continually improving our Website and adding to the Experiences and Products available so changes may be made at any time. We shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep the Website up to date but information and specifications given are for your information only and are subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the Website, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

9. Refund of Gift Purchase

Voucher purchases are strictly non-refundable. Ribbonshub offers full flexibility and their value may be put toward any other product listed on the platform.

10. Cancellation of Activity

Once you book a specific date with an activity supplier or experience centre you are bound by their terms and conditions, including those regarding cancellations.

In the event that an activity supplier needs to cancel the activity after you have booked a date, they should contact you. We strongly recommend however, that you contact the activity supplier the day before you depart for your activity.

In the event of an activity being cancelled for any reason we will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs, or other cost or expense incurred in connection with the activity.

Please note, that the activities may require waiting times, especially as some are weather dependant. There is also the possibility of short notice cancellation by an activity supplier due to weather, mechanical problems, staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the supplier’s control.

In the event that an activity is cancelled you should simply re-book with the activity supplier concerned.

11. Exchanges

In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Giftwave Technology Company Limited, incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, (registration number RC.1666612), whose registered office is at No. 2, Abayomi Street, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria.

If you or your recipient are not satisfied with the gift card purchased you may exchange it for an alternative gift card from our range, provided that you have not booked the activity with the activity supplier.

If the new gift card is of greater cost than the gift card previously purchased then the difference must be paid by you. If it is of a lower cost than the gifts that has been purchased, no cash refund will be given.

Once an activity has been booked it cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded. Only one exchange is permitted. Exchanged gifts are non refundable.

12. Prices

We act as a booking intermediary for independent activity suppliers who may make changes to their prices at any time. We ask activity suppliers to inform us about price changes in advance and to not charge extra for gifts already sold, but in very rare cases we reserve the right to make variations to prices at any time without notice. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

13. Restrictions

The nature of some of the services that are promoted on Ribbonhub.com are dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any activity you should be aware of the risks involved. Responsibility rests with you to make independent enquiries with the supplier and other third parties as to the need for you or the participant to acquire your own insurance cover.

Please note that the activity suppliers or experience centre might arrange their own liability insurance, which may provide insurance for participants covering them in cases where the supplier acts negligently. We advise you to check the terms of any such insurance that the activity suppliers may provide.

14. Ribbonshub

Many activities have restrictions (such as age, height, weight, physical and medical limitations) which may vary from supplier to supplier, so please check these before purchasing a gift. Details of these restrictions in each case are available on our website or can be provided on request.

If the person who is to go on the activity has any doubts about their medical fitness, they should consult their doctor before booking the activity.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you select an experience appropriate for the intended recipient and it is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm that the activity is suitable for them prior to booking.

We will not refund any gifts if the participant cannot comply with a supplier’s restrictions and are turned away from the supplier’s venue.

15. Purchaser and Recipient Contact Details

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all contact details provided to Ribonshub are correct at purchase. Previous purchases are always available to view on the purchaser’s dashboard. If you have lost a voucher or the recipient has not received their voucher please contact support@ Ribonshub.com.

16. Descriptions and Illustrations

The descriptions on this site are as accurate as we can make them, however there may be some variations. Photographs, illustrations and details, such as the particular equipment, vehicle or route followed are subject to change depending on the specific conditions on the day.

The stated total duration is an indication of the time you are likely to spend at the venue and may slightly differ for each participant.

17. Problems and complaints

If you encounter any problems or have any complaints with the gifts please contact us at the following link: Ribbonhub/contacts

In case of a problem with an activity, please speak to the activity supplier on the day, so they have the opportunity to resolve any problems there and then. Failure to highlight issues on the day of the activity may jeopardise investigations and result in an unsatisfactory outcome.

If your complaint is not resolved on the day, you must write to us within one week (7 days), providing us with your booking reference, the name and surname of the activity supplier’s representative who you highlighted the complaint to on the day and full details of your complaint.

18. Safety & Liability

Ribbonhub cannot guarantee the standards of safety provided by the experience provider. Some suppliers offer experiences that carry with them an element of danger. We make no representation or claims as to the safety of any of the experiences listed. We do not accept liability for any act or negligence by suppliers or any third party that we may be affiliated with, nor do we accept liability for loss or damage that occurs directly or indirectly from the sale, booking or use of any Ribbonhub experience. If you have any concerns about the safety of an experience, please contact support@Ribbonhub.com and we will be happy to assist.

19. The Weather

Many activities promoted on Ribbonhub.com are dependent on the weather and we advise you to call and check with the supplier whether the weather conditions are suitable for the booked activity. If your activity is cancelled because of the weather, you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend. In the event of cancellation, Ribbonhub.com will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.

20. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website. All the information gathered in the online forms on the website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service. The information will not be used for anything other that which is stated in the Terms & Conditions of use for this service. None of the information will be sold or made available to anyone. The Site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. 23. Security Policy

The merchant has no access to debit or credit card details nor is the merchant responsible for any errors relating to card security generally and specifically on this site.

24. Discount codes & entitlements

We reserve the right to exclude any product or experience from discount schemes. Only one discount code may be used per order. Discounts apply to new orders only and cannot be used against certain products, Gift Cards, exchanges, extensions, money on account, delivery and fulfilment charges or any other facility provided by us. You may be required to provide evidence of your entitlement to any discount.

25. Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

26. Updating of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s acceptance of these terms will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all such changes or updates.

27. Intellectual property

The copyright in the material contained in the Website, together with the website design, text and graphics and their selection and arrangement and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including apps) belongs to Giftwave Technology Company Limited its subsidiaries or the providers of such materials. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. Ribbonhub is a trademark licensed to Giftwave Technology Company Limited. Other product and company names (if any) mentioned on the Website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

28. Severance

Each of the paragraphs and sub-paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs and sub-paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

29. Statutory rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

30. General

All the clauses and sub clauses in this Agreement are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause. If we fail to enforce a right under this Agreement, that failure will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same type of right, on a later occasion. These terms & conditions are subject to change. Any changes we make to these terms in the future will be posted on this page.
