Can I add another person to my experience box order?

Yes, for an additional cost you can add as many companions as you wish. While making a booking through our redeem page, write us a message outlining the details in the last stage of the booking process. We’ll get back to you with the information regarding availability, along with the additional cost details.

What does the gift box contain?

It contains a well decorated e voucher along with special words, accompanied with a brochure about our company, our story and gifting culture

Can I upgrade my gift box? i.e. from Premium to Ultimate collection?

Sure, why not? Simply go to our website and choose the collection you’d like to upgrade to, and add it to the basket. In the discount field enter your original voucher code and you’ll receive a discount equal to the value of your original voucher.

Why can I not make a reservation for my selected date?

Bookings should be made at least 2 days in advance. However, due to limited availability, and busy vacation periods, we recommend booking your experience a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance. Remember, the early bird catches the worm.

Can I make an exchange to my experience?

Yes, you can. To do this, click on the exchange policy and review, once it suits you, you can choose another experience you want from the same box

What to do if my experience provider cancels my experience?

Sadly, there is a chance this could happen which is no fault of ribbonsrub. However, we suggest a reschedule the activity on another day and time which can be arranged directly with the activity provider. If this option doesnt work, we would reactivate your gift box and you can book from other experiences listed in the box.

Can I book the experience from a cheaper gift box?

Yes. However, at present, we don’t have an option to offer credit, so you might receive another Ribbonshub voucher, or discount, for your next purchase depending on the value of your chosen experience.

Do the gift boxes include flight/ transportation means to set destination?

No. flight tickets / transportation means arent included in the gift box. The recipient will need to commute to the experience location. However, in the case an experience involves this (transportation means) it will be stated explicitly.

Do you gift worldwide

No, however, we are looking to expand to major international locations where experiences can be delivered within the coming months

If I pay one currency (i.e. USD), can the gift be used in another country with different currency (i.e. EUR)?

That is exactly how Ribbonshub works! Ribbonshub gift box is NOT a value gift card, but more like a choice voucher where the gift receiver chooses one experience included in the gift box collection.

What's the time frame to deliver a experience gift box?

Between 2 - 5 working days, depending on the kind of experience purchased and location

Is there a limit to the number of experiences I can choose from a gift box?
